International PEN, San Miguel de Allende Scholarship Fund
The San Miguel de Allende chapter of International PEN is a recipient of all revenues generated through SOL: English Writing in Mexico. San Miguel de Allende PEN scholarships support at-risk local students who would otherwise not be able to continue in school.
